Seller-Financing in Spring, TX (Willowbrook and Champions area)

Hi. I've been looking and have found 2 actual sellers-owners that are willing to finance (But I didn't like the house). Other listings say they will be do Owner financing, but then I find out they just direct you to a 3rd party private lender. If you are in the Spring, TX (Willowbrook and Champions) and know of a seller willing to finance or know someone who does, please contact me. Thanks!
