My company, Jefferson Apartment Group, is looking to connect with GC's across the East Coast in the following markets:

Ft. Lauderdale, FL

West Palm, FL

Naples, FL

Cape Coral, FL

Port St. Lucie/Vero Beach, FL

Sarasota/Bradenton, FL

Tampa, FL

Orlando, FL

Jacksonville, FL

Charleston, SC

Greenville/Spartanburg, SC

Nashville, TN

Charlotte, NC

Raleigh, NC

Virginia Beach, VA

Richmond, VA

Arlington/Alexandria, VA

Ideally we are looking for GC's that operate outside of these major metropolitan areas to provide numbers for these areas. GC's must have completed at least one 50+ unit for sale product or one 100+ unit multifamily rental.
