Hello all,

I work for Jefferson Apartment Group, a National Multifamily Developer, Owner, and Operator, and am looking for any deals that you may have to present! With the landscape becoming increasingly difficult for new deals to get done, we would love to hear about any off-market deals.

Were you working on a deal that fell apart? We also want to hear about any deals that are having trouble penciling or that have fallen out of contract!

We are most interested in Development properties at the moment (preferably entitled, though we are willing to take on entitlement risk if the opportunity arises). Acquisitions should be between roughly 100-450 units. We are looking for sites in the following markets:

Miami, FL

Ft. Lauderdale, FL

West Palm, FL

Naples, FL

Cape Coral, FL

Port St. Lucie/Vero Beach, FL

Sarasota/Bradenton, FL

Tampa, FL

Orlando, FL

Jacksonville, FL
