Investor/wholesaler friendly Title Company

Hi Everyone!

I was hoping somebody could recommend a wholesaler/investor friendly title company. I've been looking for one around the Denton area, but everyone I talk to either doesn't deal with wholesalers or they do it on occasion. For the ones that do it on occasion, say they prefer not too but they can do it if need be. Any help would be appreciated!
