I am a realtor in Indianapolis -- but I also invest myself too, so will share what I learn along the way as well.  Indianapolis has been on top 10 lists for best places to invest for years, and is a good easy market for new investors to cut their teeth on.  Landlord friendly, low price point entry, good cash flow areas, and flip areas still available as well. Would love to have a conversation if you are interested.
