Looking for duplex near Dallas tx

Hey, I’m an investor from NY looking to potentially relocate to the DFW area. I’d prefer to connect with some real estate agents to potentially look for a duplex to house hack. I don’t know the area so would really like some help regarding good neighborhoods and school districts since I have small children.
