I only have two oos rentals in ohio. I went for the Canton area due to a few developments coming.

I look for up and coming potential, as well as unemployment rate and crime. Just like anywhere you’re going to need an honest and very knowledgeable agent. I’ve come to find that just because there’s a recommended zip code or certain streets to try to buy between… one or two blocks too close to certain areas can significantly be a different demographic. Luckily my agent looks after me very well.
