Any lenders that can make a loan off of a bank statement for TIN borrowers

So does anyone know of a lender that can get a buyer a refinance that has a TIN and uses bank statements as a means to show income?

You should be able to get these kind of LTV's as long as they have US credit.

 So does people with TIN have US credit?
