Residential Structural Engineer & Subcontractors in Raleigh/Durham Area

Hello!

I am an Investor, Architect and soon-to-be Contractor, and I recently purchased a property in Durham that needs a full rehab and I am also looking to build a new home in the backyard. I have not lived in this area long so I have not made many connections with engineers and subcontractors.

Who has some Structural Engineers they love working with on residential projects in the Triangle Area?

What about great Subcontractors? Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC, Framers/Carpenters, Concrete, Earthwork?

Thank you all in advance, I really appreciate the BP community!
