I am looking to buy a 3-family in The Bronx, NY.

Hello to the BiggerPockets community,

Does anyone here have an off-market 3-family for sale in The Bronx, NY? I purchased one last year and am looking to do the same this year. My criteria is that the property has to be vacant, fairly updated, and have the meters separated. Feel free to message me if you have something that matches this criteria.
