Hello, I am looking to buy a development lot in The Bronx with a max dollar amount of $600k. I've checked all the public listing and nothing intrigues me so hopefully they are brokers here that have listings they are looking to sell.

Does anyone here have an off-market 3-family for sale in The Bronx, NY? I purchased one last year and am looking to do the same this year. My criteria is that the property has to be vacant, fairly updated, and have the meters separated. Feel free to message me if you have something that matches this criteria.
