Hello BP!

I am a Connecticut based investor. I have a subject property in Westchester County I need advice on.

Very motivated seller, free and clear, currently vacant...

I need advice on obtaining proper NY state contracts. Is NY an attorney state or use title companies? Can you recommend?

I am willing to do a 50/50 profit split for guidance on this deal!!!!
