HML to finance a buy and hold duplex SW Florida

I am looking for a lender to fund a Duplex that's currently being auctioned. I have rental homes of my own that I currently manage. The area is good for rentals. Property will go for approx 60-70k, originally purchased for 250k, with like properties being sold for $130 to $160k. Rental income of $1400 to $1500 monthly. Property will require some repairs, approximately $6000. Taxes will run about $1200 annually and ins $1300. Looking to fund this for 3-5 years. Is this something that's doable.
