Cash Buyers/Partners needed in Kansas City!

Good afternoon Investors!  Who is looking to invest out of state and particularly in the Kansas city area. We have a very strong market with potential for growth. Strong job market, rental market is increasing and low cost to entry as our price points are very low compared to other metropolitan cities. I have been helping out of state investors for the last 3 years and I love working with them.  My team and I are looking for a few more cash buyers that are looking for properties that are off market. We get many off market deals daily from either our marketing or from our relationship with various wholesalers in the area!  These deals are typically discounted 20-30% depending. 

If you have purchased off market properties before or if this is something that you may be interested we should talk. Buying properties that are off market comes with some risk and challenges as all investing does. However on the other side there can be some gains and profit made if you do it correctly. You can buy these that need some work typically but I have also seen deals where the work was minimal especially compared to the purchase price. We have built relationships with contractors and property managers to help as well. 

 We also started buying and investing ourselves and may be open to partnering as well with the right person. We are finishing up a rehab now and looking for the next.
