Hello people. I am looking for the portfolio or commercial lenders in SW Florida with an appetite for STR's. I am an experienced STR investor / operator looking for financing for 1031 exchange in flight. I am also looking to refi some existing mortgages on STR's. My portfolio is located in Port Charlotte ( Charlotte county) and Cape Coral ( Lee county) and consists of waterfront properties valued $600 - 800k. Any suggestions? Hey Dan! Are you looking for a portfolio lender who will do a blanket lien on multiple properties? Or portfolio as in DSCR loans on individual properties? We have solutions for both. I work for a nationwide broker. I'll shoot you a PM for more info….
