Looking for portfolio lenders in SW florida

Hello people. I am looking for the portfolio or commercial lenders in SW Florida with an appetite for STR's. I am an experienced STR investor / operator looking for financing for 1031 exchange in flight. I am also looking to refi some existing mortgages on STR's. My portfolio is located in Port Charlotte ( Charlotte county) and Cape Coral ( Lee county) and consists of waterfront properties valued $600 - 800k. Any suggestions?
