We are Note Starter Capital Investments, a real estate investment company specializing in institutionally-originated promissory notes secured by residential real estate. We focus primarily on buy and hold rentals, 1st and 2nd position mortgage notes on residential assets across the KC metro area. We are looking for professional wholesalers and general contractors to be a part of a team in revitalizing our communities. Our goal is to find homes with ARV of 150K or less in favorable neighborhoods and place working families in affordable rental or personally owned real estate.
