I have been in the mortgage industry for more than 7 years. Fast paced, call center environment managing hundreds of files in the pipeline at once.

Being bilingual helped me speak to people across the country. I understand the lending part of RE. 

I also have experience in airbnb/VRBO STR industry. I have property that is catered to the working professional who needs a furnished place to stay up to 6 months at a time.

Recently finished up my last project where I bought a 1/1 in a nice small pocket of Oak Cliff. I converted the place to a 3/2 and did the BRRR strategy.

My next project will be developing my first project from the ground up. 

This is where you come in. Construction, developing, planning is new to me. I am looking for a mentor that can help me accomplish my next goal. 

I have a vacant lot that I own free and clear 5 minutes from Downtown Dallas. 

Its more than 10k square feet and I am looking to build a multifamily structure. 

Im open to partnerships or if you can help me with this, then I can help you with your tasks or business in anyway I can. 

Im open to working in the field and learning more about RE.
