1031 Exchange Tax deferment process made simple

Three months ago, I posted on the forum a question concerning finding the best 1031 Exchange company. I just completed the transaction with IPX1031 - Investment Property Exchange Services, Inc., Chicago Illinois. In retrospect, the process was simple. They were very transparent in explaining, in writing, how to successfully complete the exchange. The representatives were knowledgeable and accessible. On the day of closing, everything was in place and most importantly, no one absconded with our 6 figures in proceeds.
