Looking for an attorney in San Antonio
We have currently moved to San Antonio and are looking for an attorney to help us set up our San Antonio holding company and can also handle multi state holdings which include Wyoming, Idaho, Arizona, and land in California. Our current LLC is set up in Wyoming and are looking at adding the properties in Texas to the Wy corporation or setting up a new LLC for the Texas properties. We are also considering moving the properties into a trust but do not know if that's worth doing.

I use http://www.lawofficeofmichaelv... but I didn't have him help me with any out of state holdings. He is knowledgeable with reasonable rates.
