Should I hire a lawyer/CPA to create my 1st LLC? I'm closing escrow on my 1st AirBnB home and wondering if I should figure it out or hire a lawyer/CPA to do the paperwork? Confused!

You're going to need an attorney to assist you with rental contracts, local laws, HOA rules, tax issues, commercial liability insurance for personal injury and workers compensation. A Short Term / Vacation Rental is a business like all others and you have to protect your self against the risks.
