Aloha,

I'm interested in setting up a self directed 401k for investing. I've seen some conflicting information out there in regards to what you can and cannot invest in with one, and am wondering what kind of experiences some of you have had with yours, who you used to set it up and be the custodian of it and what you've found to be the pros and cons for real estate investors like us. Thank you so much for your time.

Aloha,

Mike
