School Psychologist Looking for an Investor Mentor

Hey Investors!

I've been trying to rack my brain about how I can get a great investment mentor. Here's my thought: Are you experienced in long distance buy and hold deals? Or, are you an experienced investor in a state that has a lot of potential for cash flow? I'd like to trade my knowledge for yours. Here's what I have to offer:

I'm a school psychologist here in California, and the market for investment is terrible (positive cash flow is nowhere to be found; change my mind if I'm wrong!). If you have a child on an IEP or you are looking to get an IEP for your child, or if you just want a better experience from your child's school, let me know. I'm sure I can give you helpful advice in any of these situations. You may be from a different state, but keep in mind that Special Education laws are federal laws which all schools must adhere to. There are differences from state to state, but the frame work of Special Education is essentially the same all over the US.

I am only looking for people who know the buy and hold strategy well. If you are a real estate agent without a portfolio of your own buy/hold investments, please don't solicit to me.

Not sure this idea is going to produce any sort of interest, but hey, it's what I have to offer :)
