Selling LLC in Indiana

Dear All,

I am selling my manager-managed LLC with one rental property in Evansville, Indiana, to another investor. Could you please recommend a lawyer, who can help me in this process? Also, if you have done this before, what is the necessary paperwork for that besides the purchase agreement, IRS forms and an amendment to the operating agreement?
