RE Attorney for client equity deals set up

Hello BP! I am working with a client based in Puerto Rico but presently has RE in Florida and wants to expand to other states. He needs to set up equity contracts for investors to participate in acquisitions. He also owns education businesses that he will use to fund his RE projects.
