Recommendations for checkbook control Self-directed IRA admin

I'm done with dealing with delayed/mistake payments with my current self-directed IRA administrator. Looking for someone who offers checkbook control for a self-directed ROTH. Bonus if they also offer solo 401k accounts. Even bigger bonus if I can roll my kids' Coverdells into a checkbook control account or at least an account where they are willing to reimburse me for tuition payments already made by me.
