Can anyone recommend an inexpensive cost segregation company?  Please feel free to DM me.  I have a few manufactured home communities and I'm looking to get the studies done prior to filing my 2020 taxes.  I've gotten a few quotes and they have all ben very expensive.  Thanks.

@Yonah Weisswith Madison Specs performed a cost segregation on my apartment community.  Very pleased with the results and pricing.
