Executing power of attorney from afar

I live overseas and am needing to create a power of attorney for signing of title in Arizona. I have no way of being physically present to have the poa created. Is there a way to do this from afar, or do I have to be there physically?

You dont need to be present for the creation, only the execution. You will need to execute the POA in the presence of a US Notary at a US embassy office (which may be difficult due to COVID).

You may also want to reach out to the title company or your attorney to find out if an Apostille would be accepted
