Trusts on Mortgaged Properties

Regarding Florida Real Estate:

Can a property go in a trust if it is mortgaged?  

If so, who needs to be on the loan document/property title/trust? Can the trustees be people who are not on the loan or title (e.g. minor or adult children)?

Does the type of mortgage matter FHA vs Conventional vs hard-money?
