Operating agreement formed after acquisition... any issues here?

Hello BP community,

Legal concern for your consideration...

Acquired a short term hold property in fall 2012. Our attorney filed our Operating Agreement in Jan 2013. Going to close next week, buyers side wants copy of OA. Any issues here as this was filed after our acquisition and work on the property?
