Structuring R.E. Investor Business

I am structuring my business, but am now not sure I have this correct.

I have been told too:

Create a Land Trust to own the residential investment property.
The Beneficiary is an LLC that I own.
The trustee be someone I trust.
That way my personal name is hidden from the public by the Land trust.
The LLC offers asset protection for myself and my other assets, I understand it won't protect this property thou.

Now I just read somewhere, does they make a valid point? and I should do it like this also, hmm:

Use Both an LLC and a Trust
