Does anyone have a template, boiler plate or example of a GREPA (General Real Estate Partnership Agreement) they can share? Thanks!

Partnerships are state entities.  As such, they must comply with state and federal law.

It's not recommended that you use a boilerplate template online.

Consult an attorney familiar with the jurisdiction you're going to organize in.
