I am considering methods to increase cash flows in my self-Directed IRA that can benefit me now. So, can my Self-Directed IRA hire me as the property manager over the rental property?

As I understand it you can sign leases etc, but you can't be paid to manage your IRA properties.

Signing things like checks is the whole purpose of having a checkbook self directed IRA.
