Help finding a CPA for 1099 worker

Hi there!

My wife and I are both independent insurance adjusters (1099) and also have 4 vacation rentals in the Panhandle of Florida.

We're only 29 & 32 and the past few years had complete ignorance in regards to income, taxes, and qualifying for loans. The first two loans were extremely hard for us to get but we did it. We also live FULL time in an RV and travel the country for catastrophes so our address situation doesn't help with loans. We have high incomes (both 6 figures) but we didn't show that on taxes over the past few years due to writing everything off.

We just closed on a duplex last week but are preparing for purchasing again within the year.

Does anyone have recommendations for a good CPA that understands 1099 workers & real estate investing?? We would love to reach out to them so we can properly strategize for the future.

Thank you for any help!
