Looking for Probate & RE Investment Accountant in San Jose

I am looking for an accountant to help me with my mother's probate, preferably with an office close to the Santana Row/Rose Garden area in San Jose. Would need knowledge of estate taxes/probate as well as real estate investment taxes.  No K-1 needed for this year, but will be needed for next year for numerous beneficiaries. Thanks for any great references.
