LLC filings for a real estate company??

Hello all! I set up an LLC for my real estate investment company a year ago. Last year I filed personal losses (most just the cost of the marketing and LLC set up fees). It seemed pretty simple. However, this year I unfortunately have not completed a deal YET! I am curious if there are any fillings throughout the year that I should be filing? Or as a real estate investment company, do you complete all of your filings at the end of the year? There has been an upswing in the amount of time I have to spend on the company and the remainder of this year looks promising. I just hope I am not missing something that legally I should be doing before the end of the year. Thanks for the help all.

Also, I am looking for a real estate attorney in the Oklahoma City area to add to my team. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks again

Cameron
