Contracts Attorney Needed in Cheyenne Wyoming

I am in need an attorney to review and revise title and mortgage contracts.  I will be lending to an borrower that is purchasing, fixing up, then renting the home.  After is seasons for 6 months, then they will refinance and pay me out.

@Rob Carey so I don't know of any attorney's in Wyoming that specialize in Real Estate. Not enough people to support that level of specialization. Google is probably your friend there. Not sure what you mean by review and revise title contracts. Title companies handle closings there. They have a staff attorney so it's kind of a take it or leave it in terms of what they provide. They are regulated by the State via the Insurance Board. 

@Jerry W. would be someone to reach out to as he might know someone who could help. There are also a couple folks that post infrequently from Cheyenne that are fairly active investors but I am not sure if any of them would be able to help you. You can use the search feature by the zip code and see who pops up.
