Calculating rental income needed to replace W2 income?
Hello, I’ve heard that due to tax differences that the amount of rental income needed to replace W2 income is not dollar for dollar, but something less than 1-to-1. Can someone explain this? Is there a rule of thumb to use?
Thanks!
