Tenant sublet-add or not to add to lease?

Hi guys,

One of my tenants had a guest who he decided to lease a room to (sublesee) for $100. They made a verbal agreement.

The sublesee  has  not paying anything to the tenant and because of that the tenant want that sublesee evicted.

Should I add that sublesee person to the lease or not ?

What would be easier for eviction if I add the sublesee to the lease? Tenant wants to stay so I would like to keep the tenant but evict sublesee.

Thank you!
