Short term rental ban

Last year I bought two condos in the same Naples Florida building. Prior to buying, my realtor checked the condo rules regarding short term rentals and found that the building allows monthly rentals with 3 two week exceptions. Recently the County has been making noise about restricting short term rental to 6 months (there is a law in place that has not been enforced). But due to pushback they are going to study the matter further. However my condo board has decided to jump ahead all suspend all short term rental applications citing the counties negative position on short term rentals. I bought the condos assuming I could rent them, do I have any recourse?
