Where do I go to get contracts?

Hello all,
I have a newbie question. Where do i go to get contracts for the various types of financing (sub2, lease option, etc)

I have a California agreement if you care. However always have them reviewed by an attorney.

Another option is your state's Realtor Association who makes forms available to non-Realtors for a fee. The annual fee is a little high unless you are doing lots of business. I didn't see a pay-per-use option.

You could also buy the software. Probably cheaper than using the GAR form license. I've used Reveal Systems (Formulator) but not lately. A list of vendors is here.

Option 3 is to create your own. Copying the realtor form is not an option, IMO, since they carry GAR copyright.

BTW, the "standard" forms cover common scenarios like S-2 (Line 6. A. of the old forms), "As Is" purchases, etc. You can Google georgia "purchase and sale agreement" to get an idea of versions in use.

You need to hire a lawyer who does this for a living. You should not trust the advice to random people on the internet. You can get in a ton of trouble with these type of deals and it is best to have a lawyer before this happens not after (cheaper).
