Tax Implications of having one LLC be manager of another LLC

I was hoping I could get some assistance in regards to a tax question about LLC ownership. If you own a portion of another LLC with an LLC you are currently managing are there any separate tax implications? My initial assumption is that there are no further tax implications as they would both be flow through entities.
