Best way to make an LLC in SC?

Looking to determine the easiest and cheapest way to incorporate in South Carolina.

I know filling the paperwork is quite straight forward. The trick comes when you have to draft an operating agreement and find an agent.

How have you navigated through this process ?

Do you know what kind of entity you need? Discussed it with your CPA and attorney?

Setting up the LLC is pretty straight forward with the secretary of state. But if more than 1 person involved an attorney drafted operating agreement is always recommended.
