I've been debating if I am going or not. I think the value is in the person-person networking for most BP individuals already uising their SDIRA for real estate investments. What I'd really like to see is ETC promote regional or local get togethers. For whatever reason they don't or won't provide resources to make it happen. Kind of like not having their webinars recorded and archived. Not sure why they don't do that either.
