SDIRA llc partnering with other investors

How can I invest in this deal? I am looking to invest in a multi unit building with some partners. I want to use money from my SDIRA. They will both be using personal funds. We are going to set up an llc. My question is how can I invest in this deal if we are taking a loan on the property? I am assuming it has to be a non recourse loan. Anyway I can do this investment if we are using a local bank to finance the deal? My two partners are not requiring me to sign personally they both will sign personally if needed. Will I be able to participate with my SDIRA money? I know I could always lend the the money to do the deal but I wanted to be a full 1/3 partner. Which SDIRA would be best to use for this type of investment? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
