Cash in Roth IRA and 401k

Can someone walk me through this and give me some guidance on the best way I can use my money instead of letting it sit in the stock market?

Called my Edward Jones guy today and long story short told him I'm not investing in the stock market or my IRA anymore. I am changing gears to real estate investing and I need my money. He was not happy and said that I need to keep investing as its another leg in investing. Ok that's fine, I want my money to invest in myself and not in suits in NYC playing Wolf of Wall street. Hes now butt-hurt...

Below are my funds available.

Wife's Roth IRA- Appx $24k

My Roth IRA- $3k

My 401K- $5500.

So how do I take these funds that I will not be able to touch for another 30 years and put them into something I can invest in myself. I would rather bet on myself than fund my Edward Jones guy 5th week long vacation since June.
