CPA with knowledge of foreign investor relationship

Hi

I'm a professional hockey player from Sweden and I have a house in Florida that I'm planning on renting out during my season.

I would like to get in contact with a good CPA (preferably in Florida) regarding taxes and legal issues since I'm not a US person and I make my money outside the country (except the rental income we would get in the states) since my wife is American we just want to make sure that everything is correct so there won't be any problems in the long haul.
