Next step as a RE investor
Hi all,
I have few rental properties with mortgage and up 50% equIty.
I opened LLC and a busIness account.
I wonder wha is next ?
Cash out and try to pay off as many and transfer deeds to LLC?
Same as above with HELOC?
Try and transfer anyhow using a lawyer?
Once on LLC, try a commercial loan?
Appreciate any input
