Hi all, I have few rental properties with mortgage and up 50% equIty. I opened LLC and a busIness account. I wonder wha is next ? Cash out and try to pay off as many and transfer deeds to LLC? Same as above with HELOC? Try and transfer anyhow using a lawyer? Once on LLC, try a commercial loan? Appreciate any input

@Carolyn Guertin I am using Cozy to manage my properties w/out any issues. Actually it made my life easier. I hear yr pain but I still think Cozy rocks
