LLC Before the 1rst of the year?

Hi All,

Quick questions about starting out and starting those wonderful LLC's!

Want to start an LLC for asset protection as well as marketing for my future real estate investing. With the end of the year approaching, is it worth it filing for the LLC now, or am I better off waiting until January so it begins with the next tax cycle?

THanks!

@Daniel Kent a standard LLC has no effect on taxes, so there is no reason to wait
