Self Directed IRA Promissory Notes

Does anyone have a legally reviewed/approved non-recourse Promissory Note they could share that was used for a self-directed IRA account transaction in which the IRA acct. was the Note issuer? If not able to share the full Note I'd take the non-recourse clause.

Thanks.

@Charles Brown

I am confused with your wording “note issuer” = borrower or lender? If the Ira is lending the money it does not have to be non recourse, as a matter of fact, it should not be non recourse if possible.

We can get you an example of a non recourse clause but I would have an attorney, in your state, do the Note.
